Notice is hereby given that an election will be held on Saturday 19 December 2026 for four (4) Trustees for Te Rūnanga Nui o Te Aupōuri Trust.

The election will be held under the First Past the Post electoral system, by postal and online voting.

NOMINATIONS
Nominations for the four positions open on Friday 18 September 2026 and close at 12 noon on Friday 9 October
2026.

Each candidate must, as at the closing date for nominations (12 noon, Friday 9 October 2026) be recorded in the Te Aupōuri Register as an Adult Registered Member, and be nominated by not less than five (5) Adult Registered Members of Te Aupōuri.

Nominations must be in writing, and made on an official nomination paper available from Friday 18 September 2026:

Nominations must be received by the Chief Returning Officer no later than 12 noon, Friday 9 October 2026.

Retiring Trustees are eligible for re-election.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Members are advised that an Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00am on Saturday 19 December 2026 at Pōtahi Marae, 1 Pōtahi Road, Te Kao. Voting will close at 12 noon, with the results of the election announced shortly after.
