Ngā Toi Tūhono, delivered by renowned whakairo practioner, Korotangi Kapa-Kingi  - Whānua Engagement Through Māori Fine Arts supported by Ministry of Education. The aim of this pilot project is to reconnect Māori students of Te Kura o Te Kao to education services by using Toi Māori (Māori Fine Arts) to incite the inherit learning potential of students and encourage them to continue their learning journey.

The impact of COVID-19 on our students' learning progression has been problematic but we believe that using classical Māori paradigms we can empower students and whānau to seek support from education services and create their own career or education pathways.
